Music Rights Management Platform
Beyond the agreements between record labels and digital music platforms, there are rights for the performance and execution of music. Every time a song is played on Spotify, YouTube, iTunes, on the radio, television, or in party venues and commercial establishments, these rights are applied.
In each country, there is a society that is responsible for the collection and distribution of these rights to artists. In the case of Spain, it is AIE, where we are pioneers in collecting such rights from digital giants like Spotify.
Galeo has built for AIE a comprehensive data platform where we ingest large volumes of information and apply machine learning techniques to match songs from different music catalogs, due to the lack of unique song identifiers at an international level.
We also feed back into AIE’s transactional systems (via Kafka), as the platform has begun to carry out financial distributions to artists. Additionally, we have developed corporate reporting and services for musicians, as well as various web services.

Undoubtedly, one of the platforms we have developed that has had the most impact for the end client benefiting from all the enhancements we have introduced to the delivery process: greater accuracy, increased revenue, reduced distribution time, and greater transparency.
